Engage client to fully understand the ‘whys’ of the project, the requirements and expectations. In collaboration with client define the scope, success criteria and develop the project charter. At this stage project benefits are also to be defined.
The Planning Phase
Define and identify the ‘what’, the ‘who’, the ‘when’ and the ‘how’.
The Performing Phase
Build deliverables; monitor and control.
